Oz Jet Boating is accessible via a ramp and there is a step up to the vessel for boarding and fixed seating. As the vessel configuration and nature of jet boating tours is unique, we request that guest with accessibility requirements speak with our team who can provide further information and advice by calling +612 9808 3700. There is a facility at our base to store wheelchairs and belongings while guests are out on the ride.

The weight restriction is 150kg due to the sizing of the life jackets.

All passengers, including all minors must be at least 1.2 metres to ride.

Please wear sunscreen (and apply it before check-in). We have lockers on the wharf and while we aim to take great care of your belongings, they are left at the wharf at your own risk.

The jet boat can hold up to 23 passengers at a time. Don’t forget we offer group rates if you have 5 or more passengers!

To ensure the safety of our passengers, cameras are not permitted on-board.  We take awesome photos and videos of you during the ride which can be purchased on the wharf.

You are welcome to wear casual clothing, swimwear, or anything you don’t mind getting wet! You can ride barefoot or with shoes, however high heels are not permitted.

The Famous Red Shark Thrill Ride runs for approximately 30-minutes (including pre-departure safety briefing). Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your departure time to check in.

We recommend pre-booking your ride, especially during peak periods to avoid missing out.
